All orders and payments must be confirmed before orders are shipped out.
All shipping fees otherwise stated are paid for by the customer.
Tracking numbers will be provided after approval of full payments via email.
All shipping disputes must be dealt with by the shipping company ( UPS, CANADA POST, PUROLATOR)
Even though I strive to pack all candles with the upmost care , handling by the shipper may end in some damage to candles or packaging. If you experienced a damaged candle, please take pictures and send via email ASAP. I will reply within 1-2 business days to speak about a resolution.
